As a member of the Supply Network Operations (SNO) team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our world-class supply networks. SNO roles provide the chance to work with Big Data, design algorithms, and develop winning end-to-end ideas for the supply network. Our supply networks begin with analytical network design and extend all the way to the point of purchase with shoppers in the market. From traditional stores to online, our supply networks serve all. We manage this supply system to synchronize the movement of materials, goods, cash, and Big Data between P&G and our customers and suppliers. Main Responsibilities Internal and external collaboration with partners: planning teams, warehouses, carriers or customers to ensure smooth product flow Identifying and resolving potential issues (e.g., capacity, product availability) Driving improvement in work processes and critical metrics Process customer orders and optimize order size in the SAP system on a daily basis Be a single point of contact for customer/carrier issues/questions regarding order status Analyze data and lead horizontal processes within the Customer Service team Compensation & Benefits Monthly salary starting from 115 000 RUB gross Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 5 000 RUB gross Flexible work hours and the possibility to work from home Access to P&G’s global comprehensive training portfolio Job Qualifications A university degree is required 1-3 years of administrative or analytics work experience Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP) would be a competitive advantage Good command of English (Intermediate or higher level) Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Just So You Know All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, disability status, age, marital status, citizenship, HIV/AIDS status, or any other legally protected factor.
