We provide comprehensive training on the technical aspects of the role and how our products work. Tasks that await you: respond to emails and chat messages; help users resolve issues they may have with their smart devices; forward information to developers and managers so they can further improve our product; collaborate with other departments for additional support when necessary. We expect that you: are familiar with technical subjects, including various jacks and router connectivity issues; are able to structure detailed responses while demonstrating strong analytical and logical reasoning; have competence in navigating large volumes of information and pinpointing key details; are proficient in English at the B2+ level or above; are proficient in Turkish at C2 level or above. It'd be a plus if you: possess expertise in customer engagement with a high level of emotional intelligence; have work experience in a support service for at least 3 months; are fluent in Russian. We offer: the freedom to work remotely from any location in Russia with a stable internet connection; a flexible work schedule of at least 40 hours per week (this may include weekends); stable income from RUB 50,000 (after tax) on average at full employment. Remuneration is task-based and varies according to the number of tasks completed and goals achieved (KPI). Bonus up to 30%; paid online training.
